Counseling for moments of transition, loss, and becoming.

If you’ve arrived here, something in your life may feel heavy, confusing, or lonely right now or maybe you’re simply looking for a steadier place to stand.

"Gentle space for complex human experiences."

About Me

I’m Mehmet Dogan, a psychologist with years of experience supporting people living through transition, displacement, emotional exhaustion, and identity shifts. I work especially with migrants, refugees, and individuals who feel “in-between” places, cultures, languages, or versions of themselves.

I speak English, Kurdish, and Turkish.

Human Centered

The work begins with you — your story, your pace, and your lived experience.

Trauma-Aware & Reflective
